Two separate costs
The government application charge and a private assistance fee pay for different things. Ask the provider to state its review or support scope and price separately. Do not confuse an advertised support price with the full application cost.

Confirm the entry option, currency, service scope and any extra charges. Read the government payment guidance and the private service refund terms independently. A payment receipt does not guarantee visa approval.
