Names and dates

Compare spelling, name order, nationality and dates with the passport. Avoid relying only on autofill or extracted document text. Review travel dates separately so an itinerary change does not leave an outdated entry request.

Document readability

Check that the portrait and passport image are clear and match the portal instructions. Blurred or obscured details make review harder. Do not edit identity information to make a document fit a form.

Result and itinerary

Save the reference, check status and review the issued visa. Verify your border gate and validity dates before travelling. Never treat an assistance confirmation as an approved e-Visa.
